Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, sciences or related field.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures, dynamic model routing, or guardrail/safety systems for LLM-based agents.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Jira, Slack, or internal APIs).
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native apps, or full-stack development spanning frontend, REST APIs, and backend.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch) and event-driven or streaming architectures (Kafka).
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready software, ideally around AI/ML systems (LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, tool-calling, agent workflows).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases, and system design; first-principles problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Architect secure integrations connecting internal systems with third-party platforms to automate workflows.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLMs into product workflows with guardrails and context management.
• Implement data ingestion pipelines to retrieve data and build secure indexes/search.
• Design APIs and user interfaces powering internal search and enterprise apps.
• Instrument systems for observability and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to remove bottlenecks and deliver high-quality features.
• Review peers' code focusing on interface design, quality, and testing strategy.
