Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking a senior software engineer to build and maintain high-performance online services for the recommendation system, and to design scalable data pipelines for candidate and profile generation, training examples, and real-time online training.

You will contribute to a globalized, large-scale recommendation system and design high-performance computing frameworks and storage solutions to support real-time inference and offline training at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields
• 5+ years of experience building scalable system
• Experience in programming, included but not limited to, the following programming languages: C, C++, Java or Golang

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high performance online services for TikTok recommendation system
• Build extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines for candidates generation, profile generation, training examples generation, real-time online training, etc
• Build globalized large-scale recommendation system
• Design and develop high performance computing frameworks and storage systems
