Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is hiring to advance the recommendation platform. You will build and operate fast, scalable services and data pipelines to support candidate generation, profile generation, and online training at scale.

The team focuses on delivering a globalized, high-performance recommendation system and robust storage frameworks, enabling real-time decision making and continuous improvement across the TikTok ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience building scalable systems.
• Experience in programming with C, C++, Java or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high performance online services for TikTok recommendation system.
• Build extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines for candidates generation, profile generation, training examples generation, real-time online training, etc;
• Build globalized large-scale recommendation system.
• Design and develop high performance computing frameworks and storage systems.
