The role emphasizes mentorship, performance, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with Java or Python, contribute to distributed systems, and leverage cloud platforms to deliver reliable analytics products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 7+ years professional experience with Java/Python and modern SDLC/Agile practices.
• Experience monitoring production systems and cloud platforms required.
• Experience with distributed systems, big data tech, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality software used by large tech firms and financial institutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help shape product roadmap.
• Own critical, scalable processes and drive feature enhancements.
• Mentor entry-level developers and contribute to system design and documentation.
• Lead technical breakdowns of deliverables and ensure testability and maintainability.
• Collaborate across teams to address customer issues with empathy and timeliness.
