Cvent is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Splash team in Tysons, VA. You will design, build, and evolve scalable integrations with external systems while leveraging AWS cloud native tech to modernize a PHP stack.

The role requires strong full‑stack skills, collaboration in a distributed/remote team, and mentoring peers. The position offers hybrid work with 2 days in the office, a competitive base salary, and benefits.

Formación

• 8+ years as a professional software engineer in full stack or backend roles.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js and Java.
• Willingness to learn and work with PHP.
• Experience designing systems that move data across platforms at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration in distributed or remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions for business needs.
• Develop and optimize integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, and Zoom.
• Work with AWS cloud native technologies to evolve a PHP stack.
• Collaborate with the Scrum team to scope, estimate, implement, and test features.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to platform stability and performance.
• Participate in SaaS development across a distributed team.
