Job summary

Amazon seeks a Software Development Engineer for S3 Keystone in Seattle. You will design, implement and maintain software to boost performance, reliability and security while serving large-scale storage workloads in a fast-paced, agile team.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with AWS partners to align with multi-year roadmaps, ensuring scalable, durable service health and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of software solutions to improve performance, availability, cost and security.
• Use scalable frameworks and engineering best practices to ensure quality of all deliverables.
