Job summary

This is a technical leadership role requiring 100% onsite work, active Top Secret clearance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across defense space programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of foundational CS knowledge and OO design.
• Experience with space-based or ground-based systems.
• Experience with Software Engineering life cycle and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees design, development, and analyses of software systems.
• Leads translation of software requirements to meet performance needs.
• Oversees software risk and opportunity analyses.
• Leads code reviews to ensure alignment with requirements and standards.
• Oversees review of product processes for alignment with plans and standards.
• Researches and implements current software technologies and tools.
