Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (7+ preferred).
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and system design.
• Own projects end-to-end with accountability.
• Ability to unblock self and others under ambiguity.
• Strong written communication.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
• Experience in robotics or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
