Senior software engineer in robotics to grow into the manager of software development. Hartford, CT

The software development team manager will be promoted to an executive management role in 2 years. He is looking to hire a senior Software Engineer to join the team as an individual contributor who can grow into the manager of the department (currently 12 software engineers).

Depending on experience, the salary range is $115,000 to $175,000. There are 2 bonus programs and, once promoted, a management performance bonus. The company will cover relocation expenses.
