The ideal candidate has deep software development experience and broad exposure to design, product, and data, with a preference for 0-to-1 ventures. Responsibilities include evaluating technologies, designing scalable architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading technical growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience focusing on prototyping and new product development.
• Independent, ownership-driven, thrives in high-velocity environments.
• Expertise with React and React-based frameworks like Next.js.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable software architectures.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to progress independently.
• Interest in staying current with web development trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and frameworks for new product development projects.
• Design and develop product architectures balancing flexibility and speed.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into tasks.
• Implement, test, and maintain high-quality, robust software.
• Help grow the engineering team through mentorship and leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web development.
• Drive exploration of smart contract tech where applicable and contribute to best practices.
