Job summary

Our remote-first AI-powered infrastructure company is hiring a senior backend engineer who will touch frontend widgets, backend infrastructure, and data pipelines. You will work directly with stakeholders, build new features, and help shape architecture and product direction, while adopting the latest AI improvements to speed up delivery.

You should have deep experience with NestJS or Python in production AWS, strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills, and a solid IaC mindset (Terraform).

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with NestJS or Python and production AWS knowledge.
• Fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript and comfortable in a serverless/infra-heavy environment.
• Infrastructure as code mindset; Terraform or similar is second nature.
• Solid observability experience with OpenTelemetry, tracing, logs, dashboards.
• Able to break down complex problems and ship pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across frontend and backend stacks.
• Shape scalable backend and data pipelines in production AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; influence architecture and product direction.
• Prototype and adopt AI improvements to accelerate development.
