Chenega MIOS in Springfield, VA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead development, maintenance, and deployment of NGA business applications. You’ll interface with customers and government leads to translate requirements into robust software, thriving in a high-ownership, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have strong Java/Spring Boot experience, React/Angular frontend skills, and confidence in cloud deployments (AWS/C2S).

Qualificações

• Proven experience developing Java applications (Spring Boot preferred).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience in AWS or C2S cloud environments.
• Strong SQL experience with PostgreSQL and building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Git and Docker.
• Experience across all SDLC phases; able to communicate with stakeholders.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI polygraph ability.
• Background and drug screening success.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop core application using Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern front-end with React/TypeScript and MUI.
• Design and secure RESTful APIs for other systems.
• Gather and refine requirements from customers and leads.
• Work within Agile Scrum and manage work via Jira.
• Manage PostgreSQL database on AWS RDS and deploy on AWS cloud.
• Operate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Docker.
• Create and document cloud architecture diagrams.
