As an Ada engineer, you’ll have the autonomy to make a huge impact and the opportunity to work alongside talented peers who challenge and inspire you. We move fast, take ownership, and always strive to improve, both as individuals and as a team. As a Senior Engineer, your job is not just to write the code, but to give valuable input on the features we develop and the technical foundations of our systems. You must empathize with our direct customers and end users who will interact with the AI agents we power, to think about the best ways to solve the problems on our roadmap.
The expected salary range for this position is $129,264 - $171,478. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
