Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Contractor) to build reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks using MCP tools. You will design reproducible scenarios, verification systems, and reference solutions for bug fixing, feature work, and performance optimization.

Remote role (~15 hours/week) with a focus on evaluating AI agents on complex codebases. Strong Python/Java/Rust/C++/TypeScript skills and DS/algorithms knowledge are required.

Qualifications
