Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to support an AI training project by building reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks using MCP tools. You will implement reproducible tasks such as bug fixing, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization, and you will document solutions with clear technical feedback.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, C++ or TypeScript.
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with bug fixing and debugging complex software issues.
Proven ability to implement features and refactor codebases.

Responsibilities

Create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks.
