Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify, define, and solve problems at scale, selecting the best solution from many.

2. Ensure solutions meet specifications, covering the "happy path," trivial, and non-trivial edge cases.

3. Plan and deliver impactful oral and written communications tailored to the audience's level and experience.

4. Define roles and responsibilities within collaborative relationships.

5. Support and initiate organizational changes.

6. Perform frequent code reviews, respond to peer reviews promptly, and implement appropriate changes.

7. Challenge the status quo to achieve end goals.

8. Identify tasks that add value to the immediate team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with API integrations, RESTful services, and third-party APIs.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The base salary range for this position is $90k-$125k per year; actual offers depend on location, experience, and skills. A discretionary incentive may be included, along with comprehensive medical and other benefits, based on full-time employment.
