- Proficiency in C++, C#, and web application technologies such as React and JavaScript
- Experience with Agile Development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in government/defense labs
- Knowledge of Distributed Testing and Training, TENA, CHEETAS, and JMETC
- Familiarity with major DoD Acquisition programs such as JSF or MDA
- Experience with Source Control Pipelines like Jenkins
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
