You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and Agile/Waterfall workflows, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering in mission-critical or real-time environments.
• Proven leadership with mentoring teams and delivering high-quality software.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software for flight and mission simulators, ensuring reliability and performance for pilot training.
• Modernize legacy codebases while maintaining functionality and stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware for real-time systems.
