Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering with ownership over production surfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript across server and browser runtimes or strong Python backend with front-end skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship features end to end — data model, service logic, API surface, and UI.
• Build real-time product surfaces: streaming agent output and live task status.
• Make results explainable by surfacing source and reasoning paths for user verification.
• Create interfaces over dynamic ontologies and evolving knowledge structures.
• Guarantee service contracts with versioning, backward compatibility, and failure semantics.
• Set quality standards for surfaces including test coverage, accessibility, and performance budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews and planning for subsystems.
• Travel up to 15% for customer engagement and collaboration.
