Job summary

InRule is seeking a senior software engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, performant software components across the React/TypeScript UI and the C#/.NET API. You will own features end-to-end, ensuring testability and maintainability while focusing on quality and reliability.

As a technical leader, you will guide tasks from breakdown to delivery, resolve defects, and improve development practices.

Qualifications

• Requires 7 or more years of professional software development experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should be fluent with AI-assisted development tools, able to scope work amid evolving requirements, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, attention to detail, English communication, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, performant, testable, and maintainable software components, owning features across the React/TypeScript UI and C#/.NET API.
• Lead initiatives from task breakdown through delivery, resolve and prevent defects, communicate progress and blockers, and improve quality practices while providing constructive feedback to teammates.
