Job summary

Aspire Systems is seeking a Senior Frontend/Fullstack Engineer to lead the technical design and development of enterprise applications using React.js and .NET/C#. You will provide technical direction to a team of software engineers and collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will design modern frontend applications with React.js, TypeScript, React Hooks, and state-management, participate in architecture discussions, and drive coding standards,

Qualifications

• Lead the technical design and development of enterprise applications using React.js and .NET / C#.
• Provide technical direction to a team of software engineers.
• Design modern frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, React Hooks and state-management patterns.
• Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
• Define reusable components, coding standards, design patterns, and development practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Work with Solution Architects and other technical leads on end-to-end solution design.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support estimation, sprint planning, technical refinement and delivery planning.
• Mentor developers and help build technical capabilities within the team.
• Partner with QA and DevOps teams to establish automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Support deployment and release activities across development, test and production environments.
