Job Summary

Design automation frameworks for end-to-end workflows for enterprise applications. Define and implement quality practices across teams, build templates and checklists, and ensure quality gates are followed.

Responsibilities

Technical

• Well-versed in different SDLC models and implementing best practices.
• Ability to build, drive, and support automation test strategies. Dedication to delivering great software quickly, efficiently, and with growing quality.
• Excellent skills in creating robust frameworks for functional/end-to-end testing using Selenium, Playwright, or AccelQ.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools like HP LoadRunner/Performance Center, JMeter.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.
• Understanding of REST and RESTful services and experience in API testing.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment and expertise in continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Experience with test data management and generating synthetic test data using automation tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms and SaaS applications like SFDC, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc., is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI concepts and tools for automation testing.

Communication

• Effective communication of design concepts and solutions.
• Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.
• Analytical thinking and good observation skills at the system level.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and documentation skills.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, update them on progress, and address gaps.

Reporting

• Status reporting, progress updates, and metrics collection.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
