What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collaborate with the Legal Department to innovate and improve legal service delivery programs
- Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning
- Champion engineering quality through testing and automation practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of software architecture and development experience
- At least 3 years of experience with systems architecture and design
- 2+ years of experience with automated testing, including unit and integration testing
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and security best practices
- Fluency with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS or similar public cloud environments
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
- Background in technology supporting legal, risk & compliance, or regulatory teams
- Experience with open-source software development
