About The Role
Our client is looking for a Director, Quality Assurance to join their Technology Department to lead and oversee the quality assurance function for their software and data solutions. As the Director of QA, you'll play the key role in ensuring the products meet quality objectives and in defining the forward-looking strategy for the QA department to support greater growth without compromising quality. The Director's guidance and leadership will impact critical key performance indicators around growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. This leader will have the autonomy to shape the QA organization to enable growth plans.

Remote - US with Atlanta GA, Jacksonville FL, Nashville TN, and Philadelphia PA preferred
