Job summary

ELEVI is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a current Poly clearance to join our team in the United States. This role requires 12 years of SWE experience in programs of similar scope and a CS-related bachelor's degree, with a possible substitution of 4 years of experience for the degree.

Strong Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Kafka skills, plus familiarity with AWS/ECR and RKE, are expected. Day-to-day work includes developing and maintaining complex, data-heavy software systems,

Qualifications

• Current Poly clearance is required.
• 12 years of SWE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 4 years experience may substitute for degree.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, Kafka; some AWS/ECR familiarity; RKE.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provides input to system design including hardware/software trade-offs, reuse, and requirements analysis from system level to components.
