Job description

We are actively searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. In this position you will design and implement systems that process billions of dollars in transactions, working across our payment orchestration layer, merchant APIs, and real-time settlement engine. We have a close-knit team that works onsite 4 days a week with Fridays remote.

Your Rhythm

• Develop end-to-end features from technical design through deployment and iteration
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Design and implement payment processing systems that handle high throughput and strict reliability requirements
• Build APIs and SDKs

Your Vibe

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js; experience with React is a plus
• Deep understanding of REST API design, relational and document databases (especially MongoDB), and distributed systems concepts
• Experience building systems that handle high transaction volumes
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and containerized deployments
