Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Qualia is seeking an experienced full‑stack engineer to join the Payments team. You’ll own and build systems moving funds—ACH, wires, and related workflows—across a high‑stakes real estate closing ecosystem.
You will collaborate with design, compliance, and customer-facing teams to deliver secure, scalable payment experiences. Strong emphasis on transactional integrity and production ownership in regulated environments.
Within Qualia, you’ll join the Payments team. Every real estate closing ends with money changing hands: earnest money deposits, loan funding, mortgage payoffs, seller proceeds, and commissions. Qualia powers a substantial portion of U.S. residential home sales every year, totaling billions of dollars in transaction volume. The Payments team builds the systems that move those funds safely, accurately, and on time
The stakes are high. A single closing often moves hundreds of thousands of dollars between multiple parties on a tight deadline, and real estate wires are a prime target for fraud. Our mission is to make money movement the most trustworthy part of the closing, so title and escrow teams, and the homebuyers they serve, never have to wonder where their funds are
Our engineers are entrepreneurial, pragmatic builders who move quickly without cutting corners, and who are as comfortable owning a project end to end as they are collaborating with a team. We ship frequently, as often as multiple times a day, and work directly with design, compliance, and customer-facing teams to build payment experiences our customers depend on
