Job description

Candidate Requirements

1. Certification: Candidate must be OutSystems Certified (see Minimum Mandatory Qualifications).
2. Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Alternatively, eleven (11) years of experience if substituting a bachelor's degree for additional qualifying experience.
3. Education: Possess a bachelor’s degree, or additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
4. Certifications: Key Staff should have one or more industry-recognized certifications such as OutSystems Professional Web Developer (O11), Web Developer Specialist (O11), Expert Reactive Web Developer, or equivalent.
5. Platform Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience architecting and configuring web solutions within the OutSystems platform.
6. Reporting and Dashboard Design: Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing reports and dashboards within the OutSystems platform.
7. API Integration: Minimum of five (5) years of experience architecting web-service APIs integrations to/from the OutSystems platform.
8. Identity and Access Management: Minimum of three (3) years of experience architecting integrations with third-party identity and access management systems (e.g., Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity).
9. Accessibility Compliance: Minimum of three (3) years of experience configuring web solutions that comply with the latest version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
