What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, design, development, and support of Oracle EBS solutions
2. Write high-quality, well-documented, and scalable code using modern programming languages
3. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to new employees and junior developers
4. Analyze business/functional requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user interface and database requirements for applications

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer science, management information systems, math, or related technical field, or equivalent 5-7 years of related experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of technical experience with developing and deploying applications through the Oracle EBS platform
3. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, and Oracle EBS applications suite
4. Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in Java Programming and OA Framework
2. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
3. Experience with WSO2 and Kintana/HP PPM deployment tools
4. Knowledge of Oracle distribution applications suite, including Procure to Pay and iProcurement
5. Experience with Enterprise Command Centers
