Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience developing backend applications, services, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity while maintaining code quality and security.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with business stakeholders.
• Experience in a mortgage, lending, title, or settlement industry is a plus; Encompass LOS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support applications and backend services using .NET, C#, SQL, and Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations connecting internal apps with third-party platforms.
• Develop system plugins and extensions using JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and process improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned work from design through production support.
