Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a software engineer focused on improving the end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform. You will work with many departments on revamping onboarding and value realization, across Python services, GraphQL gateway, Auth0, and Terraform on Google Cloud.

The role requires 5-8+ years of software development experience and proficiency in Python, GoLang, or JavaScript, with strong distributed systems knowledge and cloud experience (GCP/AWS, Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Proven ability to independently solve problems and drive projects.
• Experience with authentication/authorization systems, including Auth0.

Responsibilities

• Improve end-to-end experience for new customers adopting the Pantheon platform.
• Collaborate with multiple departments on high-priority onboarding initiatives.
• Work on Python services, GraphQL gateway, Auth0 authN/authZ, and Terraform on Google Cloud.
