Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer in the NetSuite AI team, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge generative AI agents. Your expertise in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and generative AI technologies will be key as you help build intelligent agents that transform data into actionable insights. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment, ensuring that AI systems are reliable, performant, and drive tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable generative AI agents that leverage NLP, machine learning, and deep learning to provide actionable insights, automate workflows, and solve complex business problems
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code for distributed ML & AI systems, following best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define requirements, establish design principles, and iterate on solutions. Champion engineering standards, participate in technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
• Build user-friendly tools and interfaces for internal teams and customers to interact with AI Agent systems

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,800 - $178,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

• Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
