As a Lead Engineer at SNHAI, you will play a critical designing, training, and deploying the models that drive our autonomous workforce platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge technology in highly regulated industries.

Who You Are:

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You bring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. You are not only a product builder but also an innovative thinker who enjoys exploring new AI technologies and pushing boundaries.

Technical Leadership: You have 8+ years in building and operating production SaaS services as a lead engineer

• Engage in and improve the whole life-cycle of services from inception and design, through to deployment, operation and refinement.
• Support services before they go live through activities such as system design, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews.
• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.

Startup Mindset & Creativity: You are comfortable with ambiguity, can self-direct, and have a bias for action. You don’t wait for directions, you find opportunities, experiment, and execute.

AI Experience & Innovation: You are curious about AI and have hands-on experience with LLMs, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You understand the limitations and best applications of Generative AI in real-world production environments.

Full-Stack Development: You have experience with REST APIs, LLMs, modern web frameworks, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and backend languages.
