Senior Software Engineer .NET / Full Stack

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer .NET / Full Stack to join our team!

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of object-oriented software engineering experience with both the Microsoft Azure solution stack and modern Open Source frameworks and libraries in an Agile Software development team
2. 3+ years of Azure cloud-based application development experience, including Event Grid, Function Apps, and Logic Apps
3. Experience developing REST API services in a micro-service-based architecture
4. Experience with modern version control systems principles and tools (GitHub)
5. Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices (Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, CI/CD)
6. Strong knowledge in O/RMs (Entity Framework, Dapper) and JSON
7. Enough DevOps experience to set up, configure and maintain your own dev/build environment

Responsibilities

1. Collaboratively develop modern, robust, high-quality platform services including an Azure Middleware layer, interconnecting software applications, SaaS platforms, and services using REST-based web services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs
2. Develop REST-based web services and APIs for consumption by mobile and web platforms
3. Develop External APIs and Import/Export methods to consume data and publish data in an event-driven architecture using Microsoft Event Grid
4. Contribute to the software development lifecycle, including scoping, specification, implementation, and maintenance of Azure applications and services
5. Deliver and release stable, testable code built to include Unit and SAST testing while meeting design specifications, sprint goals, and timelines
6. Create optimal, maintainable, reusable, and scalable components/services using Microsoft C# (.NET Core) and Open Source application development frameworks
7. Demonstrate how to build applications using standard design patterns and modern paradigms in software development such as microservices and function apps
8. Participate in ongoing code reviews and ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards
