Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 4+ years of software development experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong proficiency in .Net, SQL Server, SSIS, JS, HTML, C#, Angular, TypeScript.
• Experience with Dev‑Ops practices and tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence change at a strategic level.
• Experience developing APIs and scalable applications in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide development support for design, coding, testing, documentation, and implementation of complex changes.
• Engage in end user support, maintenance, vulnerability management, and IT control support.
• Collaborate with IT team members and project leaders to align with standards.
• Create developer documentation for Runbooks, deployment plans, and system architecture.
• Enforce security best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing end user support and maintenance to maintain service levels.
