Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking an senior engineering professional to develop and maintain technical solutions aligned with engineering and architectural design while meeting business requirements. You will provide technical expertise to improve efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security, planning and supporting solutions in compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience with Java, Angular, and banking platforms, plus cloud and microservices

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in engineering or software development.
Expert knowledge of Java, Angular, and banking platforms.
5+ years of experience in Commercial Online Banking Platforms and Application support and Operations.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Commercial Banking applications and platforms including Commercial Payments (Wires, ACH, RTP), Commercial Fraud management (Positive Pay).
5+ years of experience in Cloud technologies, APIs & Microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains technical solutions that adhere to engineering and architectural design principles while meeting business requirements.
Provides technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security; including planning, evaluating, recommending, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
Expert knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures, as well as organization issues.
Acts as a key contributor in a complex and critical environment.
May provide leadership to teams or projects; shares expertise.
Applies in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and non-standard situations.
