Job summary

Searchability Aerospace & Defense seeks software engineers to build mission-critical capabilities for direct U.S. Government customers, including NSA. You will work with government users and stakeholders, with autonomy and visibility across the full software lifecycle.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance systems in Linux/UNIX environments, translating mission requirements into scalable solutions. Onsite in Hanover, MD, U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have strong programming experience in C or C++ and Python.
• Experience developing software in Linux/UNIX environments.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain complex software systems for national security missions.
• Work with government customers and stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
• Own solutions across the full software development lifecycle and contribute to architecture.
• Produce technical documentation and support automated testing and deployment.
