SPR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in the Chicago area to drive full lifecycle development, translate business requirements into robust solutions, and mentor teammates. You will work across client projects, staying current with trends and applying best practices to deliver high-impact software.

You will participate in design decisions, collaborate with multiple teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while commuting to client sites in the Chicago land area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle software development and testing using modern tools.
• Mentor and train mid-level engineers and teammates.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to solution designs and technical strategies.
• Communicate with users and teams to gather requirements and provide estimates.
• Attend daily stand-ups and project meetings, client demos, etc.
