Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to advance an application ecosystem at the intersection of vehicle design and software engineering. You will own ML model development using telematics data and drive end-to-end delivery from research through deployment.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of software engineering experience or a Master’s with 1+ year, strong OO and SOLID skills, and expertise in Azure, Terraform, and modern frontend/backend stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Master's degree with 1+ year of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models using telematics data.
• Own the full lifecycle from research to deployment and iteration.
• Write high quality, maintainable, and testable code using OO design and SOLID principles.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Design and maintain Azure infrastructure as code using Terraform.
