Job summary

Suno is hiring for an early Songkick-focused engineering role in a hands-on, in-person setting. You’ll own parts of Songkick across backend, mobile apps, data pipelines, and notifications, working with cross-functional teams to define the future of this product.

You will integrate Songkick into Suno, modernize key components, and help shape engineering practices as the team grows. This role requires proximity to the code and end users.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Ownership mentality and ability to ship in ambiguous environments.
• Startup experience shipping quickly in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong API design skills and collaboration with mobile teams.
• Experience with modern agentic coding workflows and E2E testing.
• Willingness to rapidly learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Own part of the Songkick product end-to-end, wherever you’re strongest — from backend, mobile app, data pipelines, and notifications.
• Lead the technical integration of Songkick into Suno, partnering with engineers, PM, and leadership to define next steps.
• Architect and maintain data aggregation systems ingesting data from multiple sources into a canonical record.
• Assess a large, established codebase and decide what to preserve, modernize, or retire.
• Design APIs consumed by mobile clients, collaborating with teams building on top of them.
• Extend Suno's mission into how fans discover and experience live music.
