Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks multiple Software Engineers to support satellite ground software development, integration, deployment, and sustainment on an innovative program. This onsite role is available at our Aurora, CO; Fairfax, VA; or Morrisville, NC campuses.

The ideal candidate will own hard problems, work in a team, and apply SDLC expertise, including Python, Go, AWS, GitLab workflows, and Docker/Kubernetes, in a Linux environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus several years of software development experience (5+ years for level 3, more for level 4).
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of application.
Experience with Agile programs and software product lifecycle.
Experience in Python, Go, AWS, GitLab workflows, and Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Full stack development across OS, platform, and mission software layers.
Develop software enabling command and control of hardware systems.
Create software for mission planning, visualization, and constraint checking.
Lead and collaborate with program management and government customers on software delivery.
