Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer for Lattice for Cyber to build core capabilities for offensive cyber programs. You will tackle networking, autonomy, systems integration, and robotics challenges, delivering clean interfaces, documentation, and working examples.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production software.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, Go, Rust, or TS/React.
• Debug across the full stack, including logs, networking, interfaces, configuration, and hardware/software boundaries.
• Practical experience with Linux and containerized deployment.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and translating ambiguous requirements into clean software interfaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical reviews and architecture discussions.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Washington, DC or the Orange County, CA metro areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support program teams and customer events.
• US security clearance eligible

Responsibilities

• Build highly-available and scalable services, data models, and APIs for cyber products.
• Integrate best-of-breed cyber tools into Lattice via SDKs or integrations.
• Work directly with program teams and customers on real missions.
• Contribute to technical leadership, design clarity, and long-term maintainability.
• Design distributed software systems that work across degraded networks.
• Incorporate AI/LLM-enabled workflow features to boost analyst effectiveness.
• Build SDKs and integrations for vendors to plug into Lattice Cyber.
• Contribute to the Lattice software platform core for company-wide value.
