Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer for the Lattice for Cyber team to build the core capabilities for offensive cyber programs. You will design scalable services, integrate tools, and collaborate with customers to deploy solutions that operate at speed and scale.

You will work on networking, autonomy, systems integration, robotics, and AI/LLM-enabled workflows, with a pragmatic, reliability-focused approach in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, building, and operating production software.
• Proficient in C, C++, Python, Go, Rust, or modern TS/React.
• Experience debugging across full stack, including networking and interfaces.
• Practical experience with Linux and containerized deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for architecture discussions.
• Willingness to relocate to DC or OC metro areas and travel up to 20%.
• US security clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Build highly-available and scalable services, data models, and APIs powering offensive cyber products.
• Integrate best-of-breed Cyber tools into Lattice via SDKs or integrations.
• Collaborate with program teams and customers on real missions.
• Contribute to leadership, design clarity, and long-term maintainability.
• Design distributed systems across far edge to enterprise networks.
• Incorporate AI/LLM-enabled workflow features to improve analyst effectiveness.
• Build SDKs and integrations to allow vendors to integrate software into Lattice Cyber.
• Contribute to the Lattice platform core to broaden product value.
