Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer for Lattice for Cyber to build core capabilities across networking, autonomy, and systems integration. You will shape interfaces and ensure reliable operation of cyber solutions in real missions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with customers, and help design scalable, AI-enabled workflows while delivering high-quality software on ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production software.
• Proficient in C, C++, Python, Go, Rust, or modern TypeScript/React.
• Debug across the full stack including logs, networking, interfaces, and hardware/software boundaries.
• Practical experience with Linux and containerized deployment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• US security clearance eligible.
• Based in or willing to relocate to US-based tech hubs.

Responsibilities

• Build highly-available, scalable services, data models, and APIs for cyber products.
• Integrate cyber tools into Lattice via SDKs or integrations.
• Collaborate with program teams and customers on real missions.
• Contribute to leadership, design clarity, and long-term maintainability.
• Design distributed systems across edge and enterprise networks.
• Incorporate AI/LLM-enabled workflows to improve analyst effectiveness.
• Develop SDKs and integrations for vendor tools into Lattice Cyber.
• Contribute to Lattice software platform core.
