Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer for the Find My team in Cupertino to design and build scalable, private location services. You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver highly available microservices at global scale, mentoring peers and shaping the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of software development, strong Java skills, cloud experience (AWS/GCP), and expertise in observability and deployment tooling. In-office Monday–Thursday in Cupertino as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong in Java and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices, cloud architectures and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available, large-scale deployment solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, SRE and other teams to deliver reliable Find My services.
