You will work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days per week in the Columbus office, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver high-quality applications using Java, .NET, Angular, and SQL. The role emphasizes secure coding, DevSecOps practices, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS, or related degree; tech certs may substitute.
• Two+ years of software engineering or related technology experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and SDLC knowledge; team-oriented; insurance/financial services knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solutions, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy software according to standards and best practices.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data and systems.
• Use DevSecOps tooling and practices to improve delivery and security.
• Drive continuous improvement and learning through training and practice.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables; may perform other responsibilities.
