Job summary

Todyl invites a Senior Software Engineer for Investigations & Cases to build the systems analysts rely on—the investigation surface, case workflows, and automation between them. You will design, ship production services, and share on-call responsibility with the SOC team for reliability and impact.

Required: 8+ years in production software with 4+ years in Go, plus experience in distributed, event-driven architectures and on-call. Remote within the US; Atlanta or Denver offices available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production software.
• 4+ years writing backend services in Go and on-call exposure.
• Experience with distributed, event-driven architectures and audits.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the investigation surface used by analysts.
• Own the alert-to-case lifecycle from signal to resolution.
• Create response actions and playbooks for SOAR/workflow layers.
• Develop partner tool integrations and scalable frameworks.
• Ensure operability with latency, throughput, and multi-tenant reliability.
• Document designs and participate in code reviews and pairing.
