Muon Space in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain internal information systems that automate workflows across multiple departments. The role is hybrid with on-site work three days a week to collaborate with teams and ensure reliable operation of critical software.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of full-stack experience, strong Python/JavaScript skills, and experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.

Qualificações

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB, etc).
• Proficiency developing, versioning and optimizing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on software development of internal software using modern methodologies and tools.
• Own end-to-end software development from concept to delivery and maintenance for internal customers.
• Design overall information systems architecture and technology decisions.
• Adapt to changing company needs, shifting from low-level coding to higher-level initiatives.
• Assist in integrating core systems (ERP, PLM, MES, SC) to automate handoffs.
