Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on Infrastructure, you will design, optimize, and scale our systems to support this growth. You will lay the foundation for our platform's next generation, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability for hundreds of thousands of users.

Responsibilities include:

1. Automating operations to prevent and resolve service disruptions.
2. Collaborating across teams to align infrastructure with product, operational, and compliance goals.
3. Staying updated on industry trends and implementing new solutions.
4. Leading major initiatives from conception to deployment.
5. Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and promoting a DevOps culture, emphasizing Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and alerting.
6. Managing operational environments to support engineering teams and optimize cloud costs.
7. Documenting infrastructure designs and procedures.
8. Participating in an on-call rotation that supports work-life balance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong foundation in modern computing concepts through education or experience.
• Extensive SRE and DevOps experience, especially with SaaS, AWS, Linux, Docker, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Terraform, CDK, shell, Python, Go.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, especially CircleCI.
• Leadership skills, customer focus, and empathy.
• Security experience (e.g., Key Management, Encryption).

Nice to Have: Leadership in SaaS startups, Azure familiarity, advanced coding skills.
