As our Senior Software Engineer owning Infrastructure, you'll lead in designing, optimizing, and scaling our systems to meet this demand. You won't just keep things running—you'll lay the foundation for our next platform iteration, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability for hundreds of thousands of users.

What you'll be doing:

• Automating to streamline operations and proactively prevent and resolve service disruptions.
• Collaborating with teams to align infrastructure with product, operational, and compliance goals.
• Staying updated on industry trends and technologies, introducing new solutions for continuous improvement.
• Leading major initiatives from conception to launch.
• Advancing CI/CD pipelines and promoting a DevOps culture, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), proactive monitoring, and alerting.
• Managing operational environments to support engineering teams and optimize cloud expenditures.
• Defining and delivering critical infrastructure support, documenting designs and procedures for team-wide benefit.
• Participating in an on-call rotation that supports work-life balance.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A solid foundation in modern computing concepts, acquired through education or experience.
• Extensive SRE and DevOps experience supporting SaaS products, including AWS, Linux, Docker, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
• Skills in scripting with Terraform, CDK, shell scripts, Python, Go, etc.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, especially with CircleCI.
• Customer focus, leadership, and empathy to support business goals.
• A humble attitude with a strong point of view.
• Security experience (Key Management, Encryption, etc.).

Nice to have:

• Leadership experience in SaaS startups, familiarity with Azure, and advanced coding skills.

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. Additional benefits and equity details available upon request. We comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
